As a dedicated firefighter with three years of experience, Mystic brings a unique blend of firefighting expertise and deep-rooted experience in community organizing. With eight years in the nonprofit sector, she has developed a strong foundation in community engagement and networking. She has built an extensive network across West Virginia’s fire services, including strong partnerships with key organizations such as the WVU Fire Service Extension, Public Service Training, and the WV Emergency Management Division.
Mystic's commitment to enhancing collaboration within the firefighting community is reflected in her strategic connections with the Fire Marshal’s Office, Office of Emergency Medical Services, and the WV State Firemen's Association.
In 2025, Mystic organized the inaugural Women of Rescue Conference in her area, a groundbreaking event that offered an all-female environment. The conference was met with overwhelming success, leaving participants inspired and eager for more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together in the rescue and emergency response field.
Mystic’s passion for strengthening the fire service and empowering underrepresented groups makes her a valuable force within the industry.
