MENTORS
Women in Fire’s goal is to create a formal mentoring program that allows our members to find support and leadership by networking with other members.
Before deciding to participate in this program, we ask that you review the attached document carefully, and seriously consider if you can commit the time necessary to develop a successful mentoring relationship.
Mentoring is a commitment. Understanding the principles of the mentoring program and maintaining a professional and confidential relationship between the mentor and mentee is vital.
With the assistance of our FEMA Grant for the fiscal year 2022, we've enhanced our Mentoring Program focusing on Reproductive Health initiatives.
Our objective is to facilitate discussions among women on various reproductive health topics including pregnancy, fertility, infertility, miscarriage, and beyond.
