Tiffanye S. Wesley is a groundbreaker with her historic accomplishment as the first African American woman to attain the rank of Deputy Fire Chief in Arlington County, Virginia.
With 28 years of experience in various roles, including Bomb Technician and Station Commander, she now oversees human resources and training as Deputy Fire Chief of Personnel Services.
Beyond her firefighting career, Tiffanye is a public speaker, author, and is known for her motivational speeches and contributions to the book anthology "No More Chains."
She maintains a focus on wellness through prayer, poetry, and exercise while enjoying family life with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
