Tiara Green is a dedicated and accomplished fire service professional with a passion for Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
She began her career in 2016 at the Murfreesboro Fire Department, where she worked as a Firefighter/AEMT. With a strong commitment to advancing her skills and knowledge, Tiara graduated at the top of her class from Motlow State Community College as a Paramedic in 2020. Following her success in the classroom, Tiara continued to thrive in her career, joining the Nashville Fire Department as a Paramedic on EMS. Her experience and leadership have driven her involvement in various organizations, including Women In Fire and the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, where she actively participates in committees to promote and support her profession.
Tiara is also a proud graduate of the prestigious Lighthouse Leadership Program, Class of 2024. She holds an Associate's degree in Paramedicine, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing education and professional development. In addition to her career, Tiara is a loving mother of three, balancing her demanding role in public safety with her dedication to family.
