REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH

Women in Fire (WIF) has partnered with the Center for Fire, Rescue, & EMS Health Research (CFREHR) on multiple FEMA-funded projects. The primary objective is to create and share educational material on women's health within the fire service.

The CFREHR and WIF have brought together a panel of experts, including occupational health professionals, researchers, and essential fire service personnel. Their task is to condense relevant documents and ongoing research concerning reproductive health, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.

We've already produced several infographics and are actively working on generating more content to facilitate the communication and distribution of the most recent evidence-based guidelines.
