Tiffany Panosetti brings a unique blend of fire service and professional leadership experience. After nearly a decade as a volunteer firefighter, she became a career firefighter at Carlisle Barracks. Her background also spans roles in customer service, hospitality, manufacturing, human resources, and banking, where she discovered a passion for training and mentoring others.

In recent years, Tiffany has worked to bridge her dual career paths, building strong relationships with the PA State Fire Academy, the Office of the State Fire Commissioner, and the PA Fire and Emergency Services Institute. She has participated in events such as PA Weekend, and Women’s Weekend, and is slated to attend the EFO Symposium at the National Fire Academy.

She currently serves as an instructor for IAFC/OSFC’s recruitment and retention course and was recently approved as a PA State Fire Instructor. Tiffany also contributes to the Recruitment and Retention Focus Group under the Office of the State Fire Commissioner. Her strengths in leadership, relationship-building, and mentorship position her as a valuable candidate for State Representative for Women in Fire. She also stays engaged in professional networks, including the West Shore Young Professionals and HR Certified Professionals Association.
