Lauren Griffin is a Northern Virginia native currently growing roots in North Carolina. She is a professional firefighter/paramedic in the Eastern North Carolina area.

She is an EMS Specialist (FF, Medic, D/O) for Greenville Fire/Rescue and a member of USAR NCTF-10.

Off shift, she enjoys teaching emergency management at the local community college, volunteering at Eastern Pines Volunteer Fire Department, instructing yoga in her community, and being a lacrosse mom to her son Asher.
