Next year, FDIC will be held April 20-25th, 2026.  Women in Fire will host our 1-Day Conference at FDIC as well as adding new and exciting events during the week.

If you are interested in presenting at the Women in Fire Events at FDIC, or for FDIC in 2026, submit your proposals today!

All presentation proposals (for Women in Fire & FDIC) must be submitted through the FDIC website.

Women in Fire is currently seeking a passionate and engaged leader to serve as the Northeast Regional Trustee on our Board. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the direction of our organization, support our mission, and represent members across the Northeast region.
 
The ideal candidate is committed to advancing women in the fire service, bringing forward regional perspectives, and actively contributing to board initiatives and strategic growth. Responsibilities include participating in board meetings, supporting programs and events, and serving as a liaison between the organization and members in the region.
