Amber was raised in a family dedicated to service, with strong influences from both women and men who served in the fire service, military, and law enforcement. Their commitment instilled in her a deep sense of duty, resilience, and community.

Faith played a significant role in her upbringing, shaping the values that continue to guide her personal and professional life.

She holds four associate degrees from Ivy Tech Community College and multiple certifications and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in professional studies at Purdue Global, focusing on leadership and professional development.

Dedicated to public service, Amber works as a community EMT with the City of Bloomington Fire Department in Indiana and serves as a volunteer firefighter/EMT with the Riley Fire Department in Terre Haute. Through her work, she has seen the profound impact of community support and is passionate about empowering women to embrace their strengths and pursue their ambitions.

Amber is a proud mother of two teenagers.
