Tina Takahashi has always felt a responsibility to represent not only the women she works with, but also women on a global level.
With her promotion to the level of Lieutenant, she has gained a level of confidence that has allowed her to truly expand her abilities to support and encourage women and their progress no matter what their profession.
Tina has an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science, a Professional Advancement Certificate in Gerontology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. As co-founder and member of her department’s PEER Support team, Tina is trained in crisis management and an enthusiastic advocate for Fire Fighter whole health, wellness and resiliency.
Tina is a National Registry certified Paramedic, Hazmat Technician, Fire Officer I, Fire Instructor, Fire Inspector and BLS Training Center Faculty.
Tina and her husband live in the mountains and enjoy hiking, horseback riding, four wheeling, and camping.
