The City of Casper is seeking a professional forward-thinking leader with high integrity to serve as Deputy Fire Chief with the Casper Fire-EMS department.

The ideal candidate will have:

Ø  Strong leadership experience in command or management within a Fire-EMS Department

Ø  Proven track record of demonstrating mentorship, staff development, and fairness

Ø  At least three years of experience comparable to that of a Fire Captain, Community Risk Reduction Officer, or Battalion Chief

Ø  A minimum of two years of experience working as a supervisor

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree in fire science, and public administration, or a closely related field, preferred
